About Us

Fenix Workforce Foundation is a nonprofit workforce development organization expanding access to paid, real training pathways for individuals facing barriers to employment. Our work is built around four connected program areas: workforce training, economic mobility support, adult education and skills development, and leadership and entrepreneurship training. We focus on building stability, dignity, and long term opportunity through training that is connected to real workplace expectations, not abstract credentials.

We serve immigrants and newcomers, parents and caregivers, and other under-resourced adults who are ready to work but are often excluded from traditional workforce pipelines. Our model starts from a simple belief: talent is not the problem, access is.

What We Do

Fenix provides paid workforce training that blends structured learning with supervised real work experience. Participants earn income while they learn, allowing them to build skills without sacrificing financial stability. Programs are practical, hands-on, and designed to mirror real workplace environments.

Our work is organized through four program pillars that support individuals as they move from instability toward long term employment and advancement.

• Workforce Training
• Economic Mobility Support
• Skills to Work Initiative
• Entrepreneur and Leadership Program

Why Fenix Exists

Many workforce systems ask people to prepare for work without pay or choose between earning income and building skills. Fenix exists to align training, support, and opportunity so people can move toward stability through work.

Our Commitment

Fenix Workforce Foundation is nonprofit-first, mission-driven, and committed to integrity and accountability. Our focus is on long term stability, not short term placement.
