Our Mission

Fenix Workforce Foundation delivers paid, employer-linked workforce training that combines hands on learning with real work experience. We support immigrants, parents and caregivers, people re-entering the labor pool, and under-resourced adults in the Denver Metro Area as they move toward stable employment and long-term economic mobility.

Our work is built around four connected program pillars: Workforce Training, Economic Mobility Support, the Skills to Work Initiative, and the Entrepreneur & Leadership Program. Together these programs create practical pathways from learning to employment, advancement, and long-term economic stability.

Our programs are designed for people who are ready to work but face structural barriers to entry, including unpaid training requirements, rigid schedules, and limited access to support while learning. We build pathways that function in real labor environments and respect the realities of adult life.

By integrating paid training, supervised work experience, and workforce enabling supports, Fenix expands access to jobs that offer dignity, stability, and opportunity.
