  • Fenix Workforce Foundation is a Denver nonprofit focused on workforce training and economic mobility. We provide paid job training and support services that help individuals access stable employment. Events like the Community Cup help support these programs and bring the community together.

  • The Fenix Workforce Community Cup will take place Sunday, June 7, 2026 in Denver, Colorado. The final field location will be announced soon!

  • Team check-in begins at 7:00 AM. A brief captain meeting will take place before the first games begin at 8:00 AM

  • The tournament is 5v5 with a goalkeeper. Teams may have up to 10 players on the roster. The Adult tournament is single elimination with four fields. The Youth Division will have more relaxed rules.

  • Games consist of two 20-minute halves with a short halftime break.

  • Yes. The adult division will include cash prizes for the top teams. The Youth Divisions will include Sponsor prizes. Final prize amounts will be announced once sponsorship funding is confirmed.

  • Yes. The event will include food vendors, drinks, desserts, and a family fun zone with activities for kids.

  • Yes. Youth teams must be registered by a parent or guardian and all players must have a signed waiver before participating.

  • Yes. The event is open to the community and spectators are welcome.

  • Teams that are confirmed not present at their scheduled game time may forfeit the match and their registration fees.

  • Team captains must complete the online registration form and submit the $20 team deposit to reserve a spot in the tournament.

  • No. The $20 deposit reserves your team’s place in the tournament. The remaining player fees will be collected before the tournament begins.

  • Is the registration deposit refundable?

    Yes. The deposit reserves your team’s spot in the tournament and will be refunded should your team be unable to play on game day.

  • Teams may register up to a maximum of 10 players.

  • No. The team captain registers the team. Player information and waivers will be collected before the tournament begins.

  • Teams are confirmed once the registration deposit is received.

  • Registration will close once the tournament reaches capacity.

  • Yes. Teams may finalize their roster before the tournament begins as long as the roster does not exceed the maximum player limit.cription
